At Sett Valley Medical Centre, we ask everyone to treat staff, patients and visitors with kindness and respect.
We do not accept threatening, violent or abusive behaviour towards our team or other people at the practice.
If someone behaves in this way, they may be removed from our patient list. We may also contact the police if needed.
Violence includes physical harm, threats of harm, or abusive language that makes someone feel unsafe.
If a patient is removed from the practice list, we will write to them and keep a record of the reason.
