Neurodivergence

What is neurodivergence?

Neurodivergence means that some people’s brains work in different ways. This can affect how they learn, communicate, focus, understand information, and experience the world around them.

People who are neurodivergent may have:

  • Autism
  • ADHD
  • Dyslexia
  • Dyspraxia
  • Tourette syndrome
  • Other differences in the way they think and learn

Being neurodivergent is not an illness. It is simply a different way of thinking and processing information. Every person is unique and has their own strengths and challenges.
