Sett Valley Medical Centre is a fully accessible surgery at both our sites. This includes disabled access to the buildings, consulting rooms and disabled toilet on the ground floor.
At our New Mills surgery there is a car park available at the front and rear of the building. Two disabled parking bays are available at the front of the building.
The practice is wheelchair accessible with a gentle slop leading up to the front access on one side. There is a small step at the other side of the entrance.
We have an induction loop for hearing impaired in the reception area.
Any patients requiring a translator for their appointment will need to request this when making their appointment. Translators can be arranged for a wide range of languages, including British sign language. Should you require any other form of communication please speak to a member of our team.
