Use this service to ask a nurse a non-urgent medical question. These messages will initially be looked at by a member of our reception team who will then pass the query on to the most appropriate member of the team to review.
Online requests submitted before 6:30pm will be acknowledged on the same day (within opening times).

- your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
- if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
