Download the NHS App or log in through the NHS website to access NHS services online. You can order repeat prescriptions, see your test results and view your medical records if you sign up. To have an NHS account, you must be aged 13 or over and registered with a GP surgery in England. You will need an email address (with more than 6 characters) and a mobile phone number.
